7.2.1.2.4 - DELETE A SALESMAN
USAGE: Delete a Salesman from the
Salesman master-file.
DISCUSSION: Care should be taken when
deleting a Salesman as no checks are made as to whether any Debtors link to the
Salesman being deleted.
When you start the delete program, the computer will
initially ask for a Salesman code. Insert the code and press <Enter>.
To return to the SALESMAN MENU, press <ESC>.
To search for a Salesman, press <F9>. For further details on alphabetic searches, see SECTION 1.2.
Having entered a valid code, the computer will
display the current information pertaining to that Salesman. If you confirm
that you wish to delete the record, HiFinance will permanently delete the
Salesman from the Salesman master-file.
