SECTION 7.2 - TABLE MAINTENANCE MENU
There are several look-up tables within HiFinance. These are used for verification in data-entry, headings in reports and maintenance of period and Budget totals. This area of HiFinance allows maintenance and reporting of these tables.
The TABLE MAINTENANCE MENU is accessed as item 2 from the UTILITIES MENU. On selecting this menu the following will be displayed:
Not all options are available unless you have the modules included. Therefore some options are labelled N/A. Currently there are no special tables accessed here for the General Ledger so option 6 is replaced by EMPLOYEES.
To exit from this screen press <ESC>. This will return you to the UTILITIES MENU.
