2.4.1 - PRINT MORTGAGE REGISTERS
USAGE: To print a list of all or a selection of Mortgage
Registers. The layout of this format is similar to that specified in the Law
Institute’s manual card system. The report is a basic printed dump of the
information (without balances or Contributors) available for each file. The
transactions associated with each file can optionally be printed.
DISCUSSION: The report always prints in file code order. Each
new file is printed on a new page.
When you enter this program, the following questions
will appear:
USE LONG FORMAT REPORT If you are using wide stationery, reply Y, otherwise reply N. This question will only be
displayed if the relevant option is set to A, see SECTION 7.1.2.
PRINT TRANSACTIONS FOR
EACH FILE If you reply Y here,
the report will start a new page at the end of each file and print any
transactions associated with the file. Basically, any trust type transaction on
the associated Trust file will be printed.
INCLUDE UNCOMPLETED FILES If you enter N here, the report will
exclude current files.
INCLUDE COMPLETED FILES If you enter N here, the report will
exclude completed files.
INCLUDE ALL FILES If you answer Y here, all files (that pass
the questions above) will be included in the report. Otherwise, you will be
asked to enter values for the following ranges. If you enter Y here, go directly to the OK
TO PRINT
question.

Mortgagor codes. Enter the lower and upper ranges of the codes you require. The
default limits will include all Mortgagors.

the lower and upper ranges of the dates you require. The default limits will
include all dates.

the Mortgage Register and, if selected, all transactions.
