1.3.2.6 - GENERAL ALLOCATIONS
This menu leads to functions that allow you to
pickup un-allocated transactions and restart the appropriate allocation
program. The menu separates Client transactions from Disbursement transactions,
because these two groups of transaction types never mix. Note also that there
is no provision for Trust transactions. This is because the concept of
allocation has no meaning in Trust accounting.
The GENERAL
ALLOCATIONS MENU is accessed as item 6 from the CLIENT/TRUST GENERAL DATA ENTRY MENU.
On selecting this function, the following will be displayed:
